The tool is essentially a traveling steady, designed to accept loose brass bushes, reamed in situ, for diameters up to 3/8". This allows long, small diameter stock to be held with perfect concentricity.  Ideal for the production of tapered needles, small fasteners, bushes, valves etc...

The simple casting bolts to Myford Series 7 saddle and the kit arrives with a drawing and material for your first few bushes.
