Mick Floyd (Lincs.) has added 1/8" square gauge bars to his Set Over Centre (HK 1760), allowing him to gauge offsets to within 0.001" with a digital vernier.
Neil & Jim Mackay (Essex) have reached an exciting stage with their Aero V Twin (HE 1100).

Brian Brown (Shropshire) has completed his Jones .605 (HE 1300). "She does run well, and yes, the Schnüerle porting was a nightmare." Brian has also completed a Wyvern stationary engine (HE 2500) - "Probably my favourite, as when throttled back to a slow idle, with smoke coming out of the stack, and the water in the cooling tower shimmering with the heat, it's poetry in motion, although I do say it myself!"

Jim Whetren (Somerset), who writes regularly for the MEW magazine, has just completed his Sensitive Knurling Tool (HK 1115). "I can report that: 'It does what it says on the tin'." Jim reversed the feed handle location to prevent it fouling the tool holder.
