In exchange for machining two new pulleys for the mandrel and countershaft, you are rewarded with a very smooth drive (particularly at high speeds) from a belt that is a delight to slip across the pulley steps.
The conversion suits all Super 7's from 1953 until 2002, when Myford themselves changed to Poly-V's. The bronze back gear and bushes are recycled from your Myford pulleys.
